Gulu — The district reconciliation and peace team met last week to review their achievements. They recommended the inclusion of more elders in the team. The team was chaired by the LC5 boss, Lt. Col. Walter Ochora. He said residents of Purongo, Anaka and Patiko were disappointed by home guards and wanted to replace them with the Police.
