SIRONKO — prisoners who attempted to escape after breaking out of Mutufu farm prison have been re-arrested by residents and prison guards. the district officer in-charge of prisons, Sam Musaba and the police said the culprits smuggled spoons and forks in the cells and used their urine to wet the walls which they corroded to create a hole they escaped through.
