Kisakye Fails To Get Bail

KAMPALA — Former Buganda road court magistrate Charles Kisakye has failed to obtain a certificate of no-objection from the Director of Public Prosecution, Richard Butera, as a bail condition for his release from Luzira remand prison. Kisakye’s bail was withheld by Justice Gideon Tinyinondi on September 3, on condition that he produces a certificate from Butera. Ends
