KAMPALA — Over 500 classrooms have been constructed in the district during the last financial year to accommodate the increasing number of UPE pupils. The District Education Officer, Mr. Norman Lukumo, made the announcement on Sunday at the opening of a three-classroom block at Ntungamo Primary School.
