In an entertaining but rough game (though witnessing only one yellow card given to Regal High’s Musa Sebuwufu), Kibuli Flamingos relied on their confidence to overcome Regal High School. Flamingo were put on course after four minutes from the spot after Zakaliya Lubega was brought down in the box. Slyway Ochaya and Musa Sebuwufu added to the tally in the 26th and 69th minutes. In the other game, Kagere Muhammad, Ronald Baryegira and Morris Okello struck to give Kibuli Juniors a win over Pearl High. At Old Kampala, it was a tough battle which ended in a 1-all draw at regular and extra time though Uganda Martyrs eliminated hosts Old Kampala SS 4-3 on penalties. Kampala Citizen walked over St Luke who failed to turn up at the same venue. The would-be match between Kawempe Public School and Nile SS failed to kick off as both teams failed to show up. ends
