SIR—I am shocked at the thought that some MPs who were defeated in the recent parliamentary elections are now gunning for the East African parliament.
SIR—I am shocked at the thought that some MPs who were defeated in the recent parliamentary elections are now gunning for the East African parliament. Most have failed to speak for their people, and been rejected. How now can speak for Uganda?
