KABAROLE — Local Defence Unit personnel on Sunday shot and killed a resident in Kisomoro sub-county after mistaking him for an ADF rebel.
KABAROLE — Local Defence Unit personnel on Sunday shot and killed a resident in Kisomoro sub-county after mistaking him for an ADF rebel. Security sources told The New Vision the incident took place at night in Bihondo village.
