Two first half goals by John Kizito and Richard Mani brought down the defending champions. A free kick on 23 minutes from just out side the penalty area was expertly taken by Kizito to put University Hall in the lead. Nkrumah who were missing Police FC goalkeeper Posnet Omony, defender Okello Shaka and Ismail Kambugu always looked shaky in defence which was their undoing. ends
