SPORTS State minister Okello Oryem will award certificates to sports journalists who attended a three-day International Olympic Committee workshop early this year. The function will coincide with the Uganda Sports Press Association (USPA) monthly meeting rescheduled to Wednesday at the Tourist hotel. Acting USPA secretary Joseph Kabuleta, said members will also select the sportsman of October on Wednesday from 10.30am. ends
