Taliban Hit

JABAL SERAJ – A United States B-52 heavy bomber yesterday pounded Taliban frontline positions north of the Afghan capital Kabul. An AFP reporter saw the plane, clearly visible in the azure morning sky, passing over the Taliban frontlines, situated around 50 kilometres north of Kabul on the Shomali plains, at least three times after 8:35 am (0405 GMT).
