I am angry with our MPs!

SIR—I am enraged by our MP who deliberately don’t attend especially when there are issues of national importance to settle. Why, in the name of honesty, were they elected? I wish to request the Speaker to use his powers to display the register of attendance in our local papers whenever they sit. Secondly, I suggest the register of attendance be availed to the MPs for signing at the end of the sessions and not at the beginning, since some leave the House after signing without attending the proceedings. Lack of quorum is almost a daily occurrence. Unfortunately, we the electorate do not know who is who and we are going to elect the same absentee chaps to represent us!
