By Justin Moro THE Acholi paramount chief, Rwot David Onen Acana II, has appealed to all the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) rebels in the bush to come out so that peace returns to Acholi. Onen was last week receiving 14 LRA rebels who escaped from Kony’s camp in Sudan and surrendered to the UPDF in Pader district. The rebels included self-styled Major Philips Ok-ello Onekomonkikoko. Over 10 traditional chiefs including the Rwot of Koyo, Joseph Oywakamoi, religious leaders and residents attended the brief but colourful ceremony at Got Kal Kwaro, the seat of the Acholi paramount chief in Gulu.
