Brig Wamala, bodabodas!

SIR—While I appreciate the great value of bodabodas, I am terribly disappointed at the way they risk the lives of their clients, especially in town. A bodaboda cyclist does not consider the traffic laws about overloading, carrying over two people at a time, road licences, registration numbers and, worst still, the road signs. My observation is that the Police does not care about bodabodas and yet many people have perished with these cyclists. Brig Katumba Wamala, bodabodas please. Allan Sabiiti Kampala
