KAMPALA — The national youth Member of Parliament, Juliet Kabonesa, has said there is a need for the Government to put up youth bursaries to help in development projects. She said this recently at a fresher’s party for Makerere University Kibaale Students Association at the Senate building. She urged all leaders to pay attention to youth projects. Ends
