Sir— The people of Kigoyera in Kihura subcounty, Kyenjojo have continued to suffer ADF attacks. On November 15, rebels attacked the area twice in less than two months. This area is close to Semliki Park, so it is possible they could be fresh infiltration of rebels in the area. My humble request to the Second division commander is: - let him review the entire troop deployments in Semliki, Kigoyera area. lMore reinforcements should be sent to the area and more roads constructed. - It is possible these rebels could be taking advantage of deployment lapses of UPDF troops in Kigoyera. - Semliki National Park should again be combed by the UPDF to ensure that the ADF rebels do not re-establish their bases in the park. - People of Kigoyera should be sensitised about the insecurity in their area. Serious mobilisation around Semliki Park should be carried out to counter any possible future attack. - Major Tom Butime, the MP of the area should establish a camp in the areain order to find a lasting solution to these constant attacks on Kigoyera.
