DEO Manube is to captain the Makerere 15s rugby team that is currently under going intensive drills ahead of the East Africa Inter University games scheduled for 17-20 December at Makerere University. The side, currently in non-residential training start residential on December 8 after the University students have left for holidays. Manube, a former student of St Mary’s College Kisubi is quite new to the role and has a big task ahead. ends
