Elections

SIR— Church leaders are up in arms against voting on Sundays. The question is: Is voting on Sundays the worst crime? I would say no. My argument is that since time immemorial man has committed the worse crimes against humanity. How many times have churches condemned the use of condoms, abortion and got effective response? Look at corruption at all levels of society: has it abated? I see the church leaders concern; but at the moment, the option is to tolerate the situation. S.B. Kahima Kigarama, Sheema
