A Deputy Manager is urgently needed to assist in running this small but busy NGO which is now in its 6th year. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in SWSA or Social Science with 3 years post-qualifying experience in development work, preferably in an NGO. Some experience of working with vulnerable groups such as street children is essential. You will need to demonstrate skills in management, planning, public relations, fund-raising and report-writing including project proposals. You must speak Luganda and be computer-literate. Driving licence an advantage. This post is full-time and the post-holder will need to be based in Masaka.
