Money given out!

SIR— The anonymous letter “Dr Makubuya, please clarify on allowance” in your paper of November 26 is regrettable. The author claims he is a former third-year higher diploma student in marketing entitled to living-out allowance for 2001. Also that the principal said he would inform them when the money was ready but up to now, he hadn’t. Students got the money as media announcements in October prove. Julius Okol Principal, UCC Aduku
