PARTICIPANTS at the ADEA (the Association for Development of Education in Africa) symposium that opened in Kampala yesterday have demanded that politicians keep off the association and more technical staff be taken on instead, writes John Eremu. The participants also suggested that ADEA should have its headquarters moved from Paris, France, to Africa if it is not to be perceived as an external body.
