MUKONO — A two-day Human Rights Strategic Planning workshop has opened at Ridar Hotel, Seeta, with participants stressing the need for the respect of human rights as a major path to effective development. The workshop is organised by Human Rights Network Uganda to strengthen the capacity of human rights organisations in Uganda.
