KAMPALA — Three Electoral Commission senior data processing officers were interdicted and six others moved from the section, a source said yesterday. Those suspended were Timothy Wakabi, head of the section, his deputy Sulaiman Omita, and Elly Tibyatika. The acting secretary to the commission, Gladys Nduru, declined to comment. Ends
