LIRA – The Uganda Society for Disabled Children has earmarked over sh400m for the implementation of the community-based rehabilitation project in the district. The district field co-ordinator, Ms. Harriet Abalo, told a community sensitisation meeting at Namasale sub-county headquarters last week.
