Ronnie Kintu in Nairobi Kenya 131/10; Uganda 132/4 Uganda won by six wickets HAMZA Saleh hit a maiden unbeaten half century while Clive Kyangungu claimed three vital wickets as Uganda trounced Kenya by six wickets to win the East Africa under-19 trophy here yesterday. The opening right hand batsman looked set for three figures after remaining on bench for two matches against Tanzania. He gathered a series of singles to move to 25 with drive and cut shots to score 58 after facing 130 balls and staying on crease for 145 minutes. The 15-year-old who stretched out for six boundaries showed no respect for Kenya's pace bowlers who have been a threat in the tournament. Winning the toss, the hosts opted to bat but were frustrated by Uganda's opening bowling pair of Richard Okia (-/17) and Chris Engola (2/28) who claimed three wickets in the first 12 overs. A first change of Amos Kyaze (1/32 ) and Adam Jumba (1/31) claimed two wickets in the next ten overs before Kyangungu took charge of the ball. The off spinner claimed the resistant wicket of Morris Ouma (46) whom he caught at short mid-wicket by Engola. He then dismissed Rajesh Bhudia (02) and the last wicket of Alfred Luseno (00) with his last ball. ends
