Nine Bushenyi Councillors Unopposed

By Raynel Kanyambu NINE district councillors including Mrs Ida Kamuntu, the wife to the Sheema south MP, Prof. Ephraim Kamuntu, were elected unopposed. Mrs Kamuntu was unopposed as councillor for Shuuku sub-county. The District Registrar, Mr. Deo Natukunda, said over 130 candidates were nominated. Two candidates vying for the chair, Nyine-Bitahwa and Longino Ndyanabo were also nominated. Ends
