Nile Vocational Institute -- Vacancies

Nile Vocational Institute an NGO which offers technical education to the under privileged youth, is seeking applications to fill in the vacancies in its Hoima, Masaka and Njeru (Jinja) centres. 1) Post: Principal (1 post) Duty station: Hoima Qualifications - Minimum of Diploma in any of the technical/vocational fields, Technical Teaching Certificate, experience of not less than 4 years in a similar position and a mature Christian. 2) Post: Senior Instructor (2 posts) Duty station: Hoima and Masaka Qualifications - Minimum of Diploma in any of the technical/vocational fields, Technical Teaching Certificate, -experience of not less than 3 years in similar position and mature Christian with a testimony. 3) Post: Matron Duty station: Njeru - Jinja main campus Qualifications - Minimum of Diploma in Social Work or teaching or equivalent experience of not less than 2 years in a similar position and mature Christian. At least 35 years of age. Nursing qualification is an added advantage. 4) Post: Instructor Plumbing and Metal Fabrication Duty station: Masaka Qualifications - Minimum of Advanced Craft Certificate in Plumbing and Metal Fabrication, Technical Teaching Certificate. 5) Instructor Catering Duty station: Njeru, Jinja Centre. Qualifications - Minimum Diploma in Catering and Hotel Management or Home Economics, Teaching qualification, experience of not less than two years in similar position.
