UNICEF donates 21 bicycles to Kasese

KASESE LC5 Chairman Yokasi Bihande has described the Movement Government as a vanguard for modernization and attacked past regimes, saying they lacked vision. Bihande was recently speaking at Kilembe sub-county headquarters Kasese, where he received 21 bicycles donated by UNICEF under the organisation’s five-year development programme. He handed the bicycles to the different parish development committees. UNICEF Programme Officer Charles Mugisa said the programme has provided water and schools to Kasese.
