KAMPALA — Former Presidential candidate Muhammed Mayanja Kibirige has criticised the resolution by the National Executive Committee (NEC) to stop the discussion on parties. He said the move suffocated the people’s freedom to express their views. He said NEC was assuming the duties of Parliament.
