"Uganda has made a dent on the epidemic. But you will concur with me that what we have to deal with is even bigger than before," Nayiga said. This was in a speech read for her by the Uganda Aids Commission Director for Planning and Monitoring, Dr. Butoro Nsabbabutulo, at the Aga Khan Primary School at the first debate on HIV/AIDS for children with disability.
