New rules

Former South African cricketer and now International Cricket Council (ICC) umpire Danny Baker handed over a new edition of cricket laws to the Uganda cricket umpires and scorers yesterday at Lugogo sports headquarters in Kampala. Baker from the United Cricket Board of South Africa also introduced the most recent cricket rules to the umpires and explained to the big audience that turned up to attend the three-day seminar.
