Masquerading as the UPDF director of logistics and engineering, Col. Jacob Musajjawaza, Twebaze reportedly took $120,000 (sh276m) from Kenyan businesswoman Jane Othieno, to secure her a contract to supply tents for UPDF soldiers during Operation Lightning Thunder in DR Congo.
