Lubega, Otunnu are confused politicians

These two presidential aspirants who have been living abroad have no idea of the history Ugandans have gone through to rebuild this nation!
Otunnu is one of the people who helped oust the UPC regime and now is representing the party.
Secondly, he refused to vote for himself and wanted people to believe that his votes were cheated! Lubega was supposed to be campaigning in the north but was sighted in Masaka campaigning for a parliamentary aspirant!
These people have been in 'exile' for too long and do not understand the situation in Uganda!
