My penis hurts when urinating
PAIN may be felt right where the urine passes out of the body. Or, it may be felt inside the body, the bladder or prostate. Pain on urination is a fairly common symptom.

I am aged 21 and I sometimes suffer from pain in my penis while urinating. I also get excruciating pain when emptying my bowels and sometimes a bit of semen is released as a result using forcing myself to empty my bowels. It hurts so much. The pain is in a specific part of the penis, about midway.

People who have pain with urination also may have the urge to urinate more often. This is most often caused by an infection or inflammation in the urinary tract. Is there is a discharge from your penis or blood in your urine?
These too are accompanying symptoms of an infection. A urinalysis needs to be done such that a doctor can prescribe antibiotics.
