MUJUNGU has long black hair and makes sure she uses a mild retouch kit so that her hair is not over processed. She washes her hair once a week before treating it.
Mujungu dislikes plaiting because this breaks her hair especially at the hairline. For a clear natural complexion and non-oily skin Mujungu applies a cream. Aside, Mujungu scrubs her face and body using aloe vera scrub before steaming.
She goes to a sauna twice to thrice a week to open her pores, and get a feel of relaxation. Mujungu eats fruit salad for breakfast and dessert before going to bed.
Green leafy vegetables are a must-have on Mujungu daily menu. In addition, she avoids oily foods and opts for steamed or boiled foods. As part of her physical fitness programme, Mujungu swims once a week, jogs and takes brisk walks in the evenings.
