DURING the recent thanksgiving ceremony at Rubaga Cathedral attended by the new mayor-elect Elias Lukwago, he was urged to put politics aside and prepare to work with the NRM government.
DURING the recent thanksgiving ceremony at Rubaga Cathedral attended by the new mayor-elect Elias Lukwago, he was urged to put politics aside and prepare to work with the NRM government.
Kampala is full of overflowing sewage, traffic jams, garbage and poor roads. This means Lukwago has a big responsibility on his hands. Criticism of the Government shall not build Kampala.
Therefore, I urge the new mayor to focus on how to develop the city through dialogue with the Government.
