BODY builder of the year Ivan Byekwaso proved he is still a hot cake in fitness when he yet again easily won the Mr. Kampala body building title for the fourth consecutive time at Buziga Country Resort on Sunday.

The Nakivubo gym body builder who is also the reigning Mr. Uganda beat a field of 38 finalists and looked destined for the title after easily beating John Nsubuga and Emma Kawuki in the the middle weight category final.
