After impressing people about the walk-to-work project at Baptist High School, near Nnyanama, a Kampala suburb, he bade his supporters farewell and entered his Caldina, only to discover that speeding off was not the car’s intention.
When the engine refused to start, the bonnet flew open and several hands tried everything possible to save the situation. The snoop left before the car could budge.
