FUFA to decide Pro-line Cup appeal

CANON Nsamba Bukenya is expected to add his voice over the dismissal of Proline FC from the Bell Uganda Cup when the case comes to the FUFA disciplinary committee this afternoon.
The disciplinary committee chairman and FUFA chief executive officer Edgar Watson have summoned Proline and complainants Baza Holding FC officials for a meeting at FUFA House today.
FUFA competitions committee threw Proline out of the tournament accusing them of using ineligible players in their bid to qualify for the quarter-finals.
The players in question are Abubaker Tabula, Simon Namwanja and Fahad Serumu, who have also featured for the club in the Uganda Super League without questions.
Proline owner Mujib Kasule denied the accusation and has since vowed to pursue justice.
