At first he maintained his cool, nodding and tapping his feet to lingala and zouk. But as the music got hotter and better, with the likes of Oliver Ngoma and Kofi Olomide electrifying the air, the honourable minister was enchanted.
He handed his jacket to a friend, folded his shirt sleeves, stepped onto the dance floor and almost cracked it.
