Peter Miles spends sh20m to shoot music video in airplane

AT this rate the sky is going to be the limit for Ugandan artistes’ music videos. Every day we hear of artistes doing something new, okay more original, in order to draw attention to their music videos.

AT this rate the sky is going to be the limit for Ugandan artistes’ music videos. Every day we hear of artistes doing something new, okay more original, in order to draw attention to their music videos.

The stunt of using fancy cars is no longer anything to write home about. Now here comes Peter Miles with a video shot in an airplane, a stunt that he allegedly paid sh20m to get.

He is the first Ugandan artiste to ever have taken on the expensive feat of having a plane doing aerodynamics - leaps, stills and stands in the air-just for a video shoot.

We have learned that Peter Miles and his video crew from Deddac, recently hired two airplanes and two limousines from Entebbe Aero Club. They were shooting the video of his latest song Onkuba.

The song is about a pilot who cannot withhold his amorous feelings for one of the airhostesses, despite the fact that he is barred by professional ethics from doing so.

Miles insisted on using the airplane, despite advice from his managers that the cost was too high. He said that using airplanes would depict exactly what the song is all about. The video is set to hit TV stations anytime soon.
