EDITOR: Fellow countrymen, comrades, and legislators, to reduce the confusion in the country, I humbly propose that the concept of democracy is revisited in Uganda.

This would let our people concentrate on economic activities and development. We want all Ugandans to live and die in their country.
The struggle for power might stop if legislators came to a round table and discussed reinstating presidential term limits. For example, presidential terms could be limited to four with leadership rotating regionally.
