How to remove tea/stains from your cup and teeth

ADD a cap full of bleach to a full cup of water in your tea cup. Let sit for a minute or two and wash. My tap water is so hot that I just let the water run for a few minutes to wash my cup.

It is like boiling it in hot water. I would use this bleach method one a week unless you really do not like looking at the stain in your cup.

2. To remove stains from your teeth or better yet to prevent stains from forming on your teeth brush after each cup of tea or coffee.
I do this and suspect that is the reason I do not have stains for tea on my teeth.

Baking soda is a natural whiter and you do not even need to purchase tooth paste when you have this wonder around the house.

3.Prevention is always a good thing. If you are a coffee drinker than it is inevitable that your cup will be stained. But if you are a tea drinker like me you can prevent tea stains by purchasing lighter tea. As I mentioned earlier green tea does not stain and it is better for you.
