I eat healthy and focus on the food I enjoy. I like fruits and everyday, I eat a banana, pineapple or tangerine. I enjoy steamed sukumawiki, cabbage and eggplants as a side dish.

To detoxify and keep my body hydrated, I drink plenty of water. As soon as I get to office, I place a water jar on my desk, which compels me to drink water throughout the day. In addition, I move with a water bottle to sip on, which helps me avoid soda.

I do home facials four times a week because I constantly wear make -up. I scrub, cleanse, tone and moisturise. After preparing juice, I rub the remains of the lemon on my face and leave it on for 10 minutes before washing it off. Alternatively, I do an avocado mask, smear it on my face and wash it off after 10 minutes.

I take time off to relax to avoid stress. After work, I lie on my couch, turn on music and light scented candles. Besides, I ensure to get enough sleep to prevent tiredness and puffy eyes.

Once a week, I visit the salon to have my hair washed, but I treat it once in two weeks. I plait it only when I am travelling for fear of exposing it to a different weather. Leaving my hair open makes it easy for me to style it differently.
