Major towns like Nyendo Ssenyange are swinging within 38% rates. This is a very serious matter that needs serious attention. Masaka prevalence rate of 10% is higher than 6.4% of national prevalence rate.

Masaka has overtaken Rakai where the epidermic reportedly started in 80s. Now, if the epidemic is following this trend, the next stop will be crowded Kampala. Our people need urgent sensitisation. All stakeholders need to get on board to contain the situation.
