Scramble for ‘Ashawo’ singer

YOU surely have heard the latest monster hit in town from Nigeria, Ashawo Sawa Sawa, by Flava Nabania (real names Chinedu Okoli). The song is laced with catchy hooks and hypnotic beats. It is no secret that Flava is set to visit Kampala soon.

What we do not know yet is who exactly is bringing the hunky singer as everyone states claim to him. Xscape Star Agency directors Emma Carlos and Karl (the guys running Coco Finger and girl group Wafagio) are claiming to be in talks to become the official representatives of Flava in East Africa.

Apparently, they are already in touch with prospective sponsors for what would be the Sawa Sawale show. On the other hand, proprietors of Club Monalisa in Mengo claim they have already contacted his Record Label, to bring the singer to Kampala.

There is even talk of DJ Michael being in the run for the singer among others. None of them has specified a date, venue or sponsor but the Monalisa guys claim they have already worked out his itinerary. Well, let’s wait and see.
