The area is teeming with groups of youth that terrorise the area led by one nicknamed Mosey. Padlocks are cut, doors forced open and women raped. We are helpless and these people carry out their criminal activities in broad daylight or very early in the night! They even brag that they are untouchable and that the Police can do nothing to them especially in areas like Kibuloka.
Everyone is scared and intimidated and not even the local council leaders can do anything because they too fear for their lives.
On behalf of the people of Nansana I request the Rapid Response Unit to urgently come to our rescue. The thugs have turned Nansana into a den of thieves!
