RUGBY Cranes loose head prop Ronald Adigas passed a late fitness test ahead of the Victoria/Elgon Cup return leg against Kenya today.
Adigas, expected to boost the team’s front row department, was out of action when his colleagues lost 27-10 during the first leg in Nairobi last Saturday.
“His return is a big boost to our front row but what is important is to have ball possession and to execute opportunities that come our way,†coach Yayiro Kasasa stated.
“I know we are at home and the element of pressure may come in but much pressure is on them losing the title having come with a 17 point advantage,†Kasasa added.
Fly half Benon Kiiza is expected to step up his kicking form.
The backs — Bishop Onen, Allan Masiko and Justin Kimono have the task of stopping Kenya’s fast and speedy stars — Dan Weku Victor Sudi and Nato Simiyu.
