Uganda national record holder Sarah Nambawa on Thursday evening leaped to 13.89m in Greece, as he warmed up for the World Athletics championships in Daegu, Korea.
Nambawa, who was hurt that she is yet to jump over a national record of 14.06, which she jumped in April this year said that the jump gives her more courage.
"I smell it and I will achieve it. It should be my distance always," says the Ugandan, who is being trained by Ghanaian Andrew Owusu in at a US University.
