Tornado CC beat Nile by 72 runs at Lugogo, scene of Uganda’s six wicket win over Namibia a day earlier.
Frank Nsubuga, another national team hero, knocked 64 runs.
Tornado put on 238/8, a figure Nile struggled to get close to, falling at 211.
Nile’s runs came from Brian Masaba 58, Abraham Oduch 28, Martin Ondeko 22.
At Kyambogo, Partidar Samaj put on 102/4 to beat Rounders CC (100 ALL OUT) by 6 wickets.
Roger Mukasa , another star from Uganda’s win, put on 41 while Jignesh Parekh hit 45
In other games, Central Development team raced past a 50 run target set by Makerere University, to win by 8 wickets at Budo oval.
CDT runs came from Enock Mwesigwa 19, Gerald Orumo 13
At Entebbe oval, Challengers put on 223 for 9 on the way to a 157 run victory over Africa.
Challengers runs came from Mohammed Shafeek 84 and Ashiraf Mohammed 34.
In Jinja, Tamillions won their game by 117 runs. Tamillions put on 337/10 while Jinja Indians put on 220/8.
