IF we were as creative in all other facets of our lives as we are in having fun, we certainly would be better human beings.

IF we were as creative in all other facets of our lives as we are in having fun, we certainly would be better human beings.

But who is complaining. Fun is one aspect that makes life worth living. So, today, the coolest way to have your party is on a boat. It’s absolutely refreshing and different in more ways than you can imagine. There are more private-owned luxury boats.

That means, unlike the days when only a select few (at the invitation of the host) could make it on MV Pamba for the Bell Cruise into the sunset, or the rich and powerful on the luxury parties that were held on tycoon Sudhir Ruparelia’s Sundowner, you too can be part of the fun. So, who is holding these boat parties? Where are they being held? Who is going for them and how can you be part of it?

We tell all in our cover story. On a sad note, this week we lost one of the longest serving and leading lights in television and stage drama in Uganda – The Ebonies’ Cissy Muwanga. Nigel Nassar pays a moving tribute to Maama Naka, as she was popularly known among her fans and peers.

Yet, life goes on. A whole new generation of young Ugandans just joined a new life at university. We are part of that and bring you what you are missing in their bazaars, among a host of other fun things. Nice reading.
